Ready stock leaves our warehouse in three to five days. Indent orders come straight off a production run at a lower price, delivered in 30 to 90 days — with the date written into your invoice and a penalty on us if we miss it.
Two ways to buy
Most buyers use both — ready stock to find out what sells, then an indent order once the numbers are known.
Option A
Dispatched in 3–5 working days
Landed, cleared and sitting in our warehouse. Order this week, ship this week. No import risk, no waiting on a vessel, no container-sized commitment.
Option B
Delivered in 30–90 days · committed date
Booked against a factory production run. Lower unit price because nothing sits in a warehouse in between, and a delivery date backed in writing.

Ready stock ships this week. Everything else is booked against a factory run. Prices move with quantity, so every order is quoted — send an enquiry and we come back the same working day.

Indent orders
You buy from an Indian company on Indian terms. We carry the import, the customs and the currency risk. You get a GST invoice and a date.
You send quantity and spec. We quote the same day and courier a sample before you commit to anything.
The proforma invoice carries the price, the delivery date and the penalty clause. 50% books the production slot.
The factory runs your order. We inspect before it ships and send photographs of your actual goods.
Sea freight to an Indian port, then clearing. Our IEC, our agent, our paperwork — none of it reaches you.
Balance settled before dispatch. Goods to your door anywhere in India, with a GST invoice.
Every indent order carries a committed delivery date written into the proforma invoice — not an estimate, a date. If we miss it, the late-delivery penalty stated in that invoice is credited against what you owe us.
We would rather quote ninety days and hit it than quote thirty and apologise. If a factory or a port is going to make us late, you hear it the week we know, not the week it was due.
